DESCRIPTION
The NetBSD Packages Collection (pkgsrc) is a framework for building and maintaining third-party software on NetBSD and other UNIX-like systems. It is used to enable freely available software to be configured and built easily on supported platforms.Tools are available to install ready-to-use packages and to perform various administrative tasks for the package system.
